i found this old, post-psle photo (: now that i look at it, its actually really nice. heheh. miss the old times.

went jogging on the treadmill today for the first time in, my life? okay la at least the first time in 8 years. i may have run on them before when i was small and i forgot.

was supposed to go trng, but raining like crap. wanted to stay at home instead, but mum was like 'eat so much, never exercise, grow fat then you know' and pulled me out of the house. jogged 3.6, but in half an hour. LOL! i should have run at least 5km! but running on the treadmill didn't really give me the mood to run seriously :p

people coming over to my house for projects tmr aft i fetch my bro from trng. it's gonna be a long, hard day.
